There are payment plan options available to make your budget happy. You can break up the ticket price into 3 payments. The only extra surcharge is an additional 1.25%, or roughly $1 per ticket.

What does my ticket include?

Lots! Dinner, the venues, a DJ, dancing, decorations, the family-friendly picnic and other costs.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, please! Bring your partner, a good friend, any adult you feel comfortable with to the main event on Saturday night. This night is meant to celebrate you - and give you an evening off! - so it will just be us grown ups.

Will there be alcohol?

You bet. There will be a cash bar at the reunion event on Saturday night.

Is there any dress code for the reunion?

Nothing hard and fast. We recommend cocktail attire for the main event on Saturday night, but wear whatever you're comfortable with. The family picnic is totally casual. We'll be in a park with kids, so anything goes!

What COVID precautions are you taking? Will masks be required?

We'll be following all the recommendations from King County Public Health at the time of the event.

What if there's another COVID surge?

If there is another COVID surge, we may delay the event up to a year.

Are refunds available?

All sales are final. The only exception is a COVID surge that requires us to reschedule the event. In that case, 90% of the ticket price can be refunded, or your ticket can be rolled over to the new date if you choose.

Where can I find lodging?

While we haven't booked any hotels, there are some great options near the venues like Embassy Suites, Hyatt Regency, Best Western and others.

The tickets are too pricey for my budget. Can I still come?

We want you to be there! If pricing is a concern, please consider using our payment plan options. If that won't work then email info@kentridgeunion.com and we'll try and work something out.

I need a babysitter for Saturday night's event. Where can I find one?

We're working on tracking down a list of babysitters, especially for the folks traveling from out of town.
